This is regarding small business licensing only, if you are a company that wishes to use Tamara Dooley's artwork on a mass production product, please contact us for licensing options.

Small business license holders, are required to purchase a limited license for each website or shop where they plan on using any artwork of Tamara Dooley's.

Licensing covers only existing artwork collections, any new artwork collections will only be available through a gallery format, and all buyers will need to contact Tamara via email for terms and conditions.

You must post one of the our licensee banners on your home page, or on the first page of a newly created category in your shop created as a licensed user of Cuddle Creek® artwork.

Banners will be provided after purchase of license.


Terms and Conditions are as follows -

1) At no time may the artwork be redistributed in its original form, a actual design must be created using it.

2) A credit link to Tamara Dooley must be placed on the website and product as the artwork creator, and be hyperlinked back to http://www.cuddlecreek.com, if it is not linked back, your license will be revoked, there are no exceptions to this.

3) Small businesses are defined a business which produces no more than 200 items using any one image per product.

4) Candy bar wrapping companies may be exempt from this term, provided they print and ship wrappers to their clients.

5) At no time may any artwork whether in a design or not shall be passed through Yahoo groups, mailing lists etc.

6) At no time may any original artwork be treated or sold as a resell item.

7) Items created using the artwork are for personal use only - if your customers wish to resell your products that use the artwork as an enhancement to your design, they must also purchase a small business license, once your customers purchase a license stating they have been referred by you, you will receive a 40 % commission from each license purchased, however, they must state that you referred them or you will not receive the commission.

8) Due to our Copyright, it must be understood that no designs using Cuddle Creek® LLC artwork as a design enhancement may be uploaded to 3rd party printing shops such as Cafe Press, Zazzle etc, .
