However, our live business hours, meaning e-mail response, download link approval and shipping are as follows :

If you use aol as your main address, please be advised that there could be as much as a week delay in receiving your download links or general replies to questions, as aol tends to refuse mail from many webmail addresses.
We have no control over this, but we can advise you using another e-mail address whenever possible, such as one from gmail.

Downloads:

Electronic download links are sent to you via e-mail during live business hours.
You may also download your purchases by logging into your account, order history and download your purchases this way.
Please be advised that all orders are manually first processed prior to being released.
All downloads are available for a set time limit  or number of download attempts.
If you have any trouble downloading, please be sure to contact us.

Tangible Goods:

These items are sent to you via US Postal Mail and/or UPS.
Shipping charges are added to your order, when applicabel during the check out process..

Refunds:

Digital Products:
There are absolutely no refunds on digital products, once it has been downloaded to your computer, for obvious reasons.

Tangible Goods:
Are defined as goods shipped to you.
Refunds are available on tangible goods, within 7 days of  order arrival, with the exception of CD's.

Purchasing:

You may purchase using PayPal or a valid Credit Card.
All credit card transactions are processed through PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account to purchase.
However - when using a credit card, the billing name and address on your bank card MUST be the  same name and address in your user profile here at cuddlecreek.com, or the order will fail for security purposes.
