Please note that all large scale product developement using Cuddle Creek® LLC artwork as the design, must carry liability insurance.
This holds true also for any company we would design business logo's for as well.

Cuddle Creek® also requires that all food companies provide documentation proving that it has passed and maintains proper health codes on a regular basis.

We do not permit small, home operated businesses to use the artwork for cake icing designs, etc., as we have no knowledge of whether or not all health codes are being maintained.
