Panels on this set have been handpainted, all of Cuddle Creek printables have been made by the owner and artist of cuddlecreek.com  from the artwork to the design there are no contributing artists or designers.

All products are in 300 PPI and distributed as JPEG's.
There are areas in each design giving you space in which to add the personalization.

Image Upload :

One of the features of these products, is that because you will be using them at your own website, we would be happy to place a 468 x 60 banner ad of yours to our banner rotation.
The banner ad MUST be exactly 468 x 60, if you upload a size other than the required, we will not be able to add it to the rotation for you.

Extras :

If you receive an order from a customer that would like other type wrapper products included in their purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us, we would be happy to do our best to help you when time allows.
Additional fees will apply as it will be considered a custom order.

Conditions of Use:

In order to use this product at your small business, you must first contact us as an applicant for a legal license.
These products are not covered by any prior small business license, in order to use the products you will need to apply for a Business Wrapper License Agreement.

This product can only be used by small home based businesses, and for private personal use - they may not be mass marketed, if you have professional equipment at your home you could be considered mass market and would need to sign a legal licensing agreement for copyrighted works.

In order to sell these products at your website you must agree to the following :

You must personalize the items with text - specific text, generic text such as Happy Birthday will not suffice.
You may not provide the items as digital downloads, they must be print out by you, cut out by you, assembled and shipped to your customers by you.

They may not be sold to another website, or sold at a vendor store without written approval from cuddlecreek.com.
They may not shared through groups, forums, e-mail lists, etc.
You may personalize the items , assemble and give as gifts, you may never give away the pure form - you are required to personalize them.

You are required to place our trademarked, copyright artist credit in the product description, wherever sample shots are shown.
The credit link must be a clickable link back to http://www.cuddlecreek.com
Our legal trademark may not be removed or hidden by text, etc.

We are attempting to keep these designs limited on use, by small businesses so we do not overflow the market with our designs, in essence helping you have unique products to offer at your store.
This is one of our many purposes for prohibiting digital downloads.

Electronic Download:

Once you have purchased this product, payment is manually processed and download links are sent out at the end of the business day via an e-mail download link.
Optionally after receiving this download link, you may also log in to Your Account - Order History and download your new product directly from our store.

After download the product is ready to be printed, and attached to items.

Please choose the "Save" option rather than "Open" to ensure a proper download.
