Reseller Licensing

1) Purchase of any resell product grants you a reseller license for 1 website,  this website must be your own business/website.

2) You may not resell any of our products at a store, mall or any other multi-vendor website, without written approval via Fax from Cuddle Creek® LLC.

3) You must use the preview for the products that is included in the zip file .

4) You may not create your own preview.

5) You must place a link to Cuddle Creek® LLC  in your product description.

6) Unlinked text is insufficient - there must be an actual link.  You will find appropiate  linking information in each product description and inside the zip file.

7) You must offer the exact same zip file you downloaded to your own customers, no additions, or substitutions are acceptable.

8) You may set your own price, but you may NOT offer any of these products for free.  You must actually resell these items.

9) You may resell each product in this category under your own terms of use (provided you follow the terms listed here), but you may not resell them in any type of reseller program, graphics club or subscription etc.  You must resell them as individual products.

10) You understand that all rresell products offered here are sold on a limited basis only, please purchase the limited reseller license while offered.

11) At this time Cuddle Creek® prefer's to sell you, the reseller the products  rather than sell them at www.cuddlecreek.com, we do not expect to sell these items here at Cuddle Creek® in the future.

12) You must post one of our reseller banners on your home page, or on the first page of a newly created category in your shop created for reseller's or as a Cuddle Creek® category.

Banners will be provided after purchase of license
