In order to use Cuddle Creek LLC artwork for profit, you must now contact us prior to ordering a small business license.

When inquiring please note that no licenses will be issued to non-working websites, under construction websites, membership websites, or any inquiry that does not include the following:

Name of business
URL and location of business
Name of business owner
How you will be using the artwork - this must be clear and detailed, what you create, how you distribute the product, etc.

Only serious inquiries will be replied to.

You are limited to creating designs using Cuddle Creek graphic collections, you are not entitled to resell the graphics, or resell your design to any other outlet other than your own business without a signed legally binding licensing contract .
Meaning you may not create designs and sell them to another business to sell again.
You may not use the printable kits, digi-scrap items or any other product under the terms of these licenses.
