Hopefully it will never happen to you, and we hope you make a practice of backing up all your purchases to a CD, but if it ever should, we are happy to not only reset your download links for products available at our store, at no fee - but also to offer you a product restore CD.

If you purchase large files, have ordered discontinued items, or simply want the safety of having a CD of all purchases made at Cuddle Creek sent to you for safe keeping, this is the service for you.

We will go through all your orders and place them on a CD and ship it to you, direct to your doorstep.
