Artwork Conditions of Use

Cuddle Creek LLC artwork may be used as an enhancement in a design process for handmade crafts for personal use.
Personal use is defined as items created as gifts, personal keepsakes where there is no monetary profit gained.

Artwork cannot be resold under any circumstances.
Artwork cannot be altered under any circumstances - including but not limited to:
Colorizing
Replacing Color
Cutting
Chopping
Animating

Artwork can be resized to work within a design, however .

Cuddle Creek® LLC artwork can be used for profit under a signed legal licensing agreement for copyrighted artwork under the following conditions:

1) Artwork is licensed per image or per collection only.

2) Cuddle Creek® LLC has approval on product to be sold using artwork as an enhancement to product.

3) Businesses must carry liability insurance.

4) Artwork credit must be provided on each item produced ie., website, store, catalog, etc.
