Artwork Conditions of Use

Cuddle Creek LLC artwork may be used as an enhancement in a design process for handmade crafts for personal use.
Personal use is defined as items created as gifts, personal keepsakes where there is no monetary profit gained.

Cuddle Creek LLC artwork may not be used in the creation of digital products for personal use such as signature tags, page sets, web design, or any other item that can be downloaded, without written consent.

Cuddle Creek LLC artwork itself may not be redistributed as gifts or sold at anytime, under any circumstance, an actual designed product must be created using he artwork as an enhancement under copyright laws.
It may not be converted to a file format  and be redistributed under any circumstance.

Cuddle Creek LLC artwork may not be altered, i.e,  color processes, etc.

In regards to the use of Cuddle Creek LLC artwork for profit in a small business enviroment.

It is required that a small business license be purchased.

Small businesses should inquire prior to purchasing artwork, to ensure that they fall into this category rather than into the category of "Licensing"
They should also provide cuddlecreek.com with a description of their business and the product the wish to create using cuddlecreek.com artwork as a design enhancement.

There are specific terms of use for products created using cuddlecreek.com artwork for profit, per product.
Web Design, Printables, Scrapbook etc., have specific conditions of use and will be provided upon inquiry of a small business license.

Cuddle Creek LLC does not permit resale of artwork.

The fee for a small business license is quoted at 50 USD per year as long as products are sold that use  cuddlecreek.com artwork.

Small Business Licenses are valid as long as the small business chooses to renew their license.
Should the small business choose not to renew the license, they will be required to remove any product that has cuddlecreek.com artwork on it under penalty of law.

Small businesses are expected to adhere and agree to the terms and conditions or have the license revoked, and will be ordered to remove all products containing cuddlecreek.com artwork.

Small businesses may not exceed 200 items using any one (1) image per calendar year.
Should you produce 200 or above products, have products manufactured in the US or abroad you are required to enter into a Licensing Contract.
